‍Inthis role, which is important to us, you will be responsible for the following items together with 2 colleagues:

‍

Administration:

• Perform various administrative duties;
• Managing the billing process;
• Thinking along to optimize processes;
• Debtor and creditor management.

Service & planning:

• You will ensure that the daily operation runs like a well-oiled machine: planning and coordinating the weekly deployment of our field service
  (service technicians) and related communications;
• Optimizing the customer experience by setting clear expectations, keeping appointments and resolving breakdowns quickly;
• Coordinating operational issues with customers such as installation, maintenance and breakdowns;
• You will optimize our processes where needed and take the lead in implementing improvements.

What are we looking for in you?

• You are energized by structured work and like to address problems before they arise.
• You have a passion for sustainability and would like to contribute to a greener future.
• Knowledge of Exact is a plus.
• Communicatively bright and socially adept
• Relevant experience in a similar position or study (MBO+)
• Lives in Amsterdam or surroundings
• Good command of the Dutch language
