What will you do?

• You will ensure that the daily operation runs like a well-oiled machine: planning and coordinating the weekly deployment of our field service
  (service technicians) and related communications;
• Optimizing the customer experience by setting clear expectations, keeping appointments and resolving breakdowns quickly;
• Coordinating operational issues with customers such as installation, maintenance and breakdowns;
• You will optimize our processes where needed and take the lead in implementing improvements.
• You supervise the order process from start to finish and prepare accompanying reports to provide insight into progress and performance. Thanks to you, we always know exactly where we stand.
• You will contribute to our mission to make offices, hospitality, schools and other locations more sustainable.
